I have to be honest, I think you want her eyes, as opposed to a make up look. It's eyeliner and mascara on the top and nothing on the bottom. Simple!

Hi guys! I love Natalie Portman's Miss Dior Cherie ad make up...I know it is probably a very simple,minimal look but seriously I'm clueless

I do see some black eyeliner on her upper lid (is that liquid or kohl? It doesn't look creamy enough to be kohl...) but appart from that I really don't have a clue of what she has on her eyes. Her cheeks and lips aren't something to write about but I love how subtle but still noticeable her eye make up is

I'd really appreciate it if someone could at least point me in the right direction as to what tecnique, colour and products I need to achieve her eye make-up

Her eye makeup is the very typical winged eyeliner,with some mascara. That's it, no visible eyeshadow. You can find many tutorials on youtube typing winged eyeliner.
From a backstage photo I've seen, the makeup artist used an eyeliner pen, everyone from MAC to E.L.F makes one and most of them are waterproof too. The technique will be difficult to achieve at first but with a little practice you'll be ok!

Oh me, I think these two videos are your best bet She has the basic all over eyeliner (on her waterline too), no visible eyeshadow (except maybe some light brown shading on her crease and a light brown or grayish purple all over but I can't tell from the pic) ,mascara, some really light pink blush and just light pink lipgloss on.

Mac's paint pot in Groundwork really is your best bet for her eyeshadow colour. It's exactly that kind of brown, I have it and use it all the time .

^Her eyes are lined with black eyeliner only on top, very close to the lashes, she has a bronzy gold eyeshadow close to her lower lashes (like MAC's Amber Lights) and she also has a light brown orange eyeshadow on her top lid (like MAC's Soft Brown eyeshadow). Finish with black mascara, only on top lashes.
Her cheeks are slightly contoured at her temples with a light bronzer matte shade (elf does cheap good ones) and she has a soft coral on the apples of her cheeks, like Coralista by Benefit.
