alot of black eyeliner and mascara
if you aren't tan i'd say use.. self-tanning cream and a good cream ( i recommand Happyderm my L'orèal ) which makes me skin shiny and soft like hers.
i dont know what else to say

, i am already bronze skinned thats why i dont want to use bronzers /tanning creams. i want something that would make my skin more shiny and soft . do you have any other suggestions ? :flower:
and i love the color of her lips too !

belleza, here is my suggestion:smile:...

for the eyes- apply jet black eyeliner on the inside lid on the bottom, and if you can do the same the top. if you cant do it to the top, do a very thin defined line right on the lashline. then apply black mascara generously. use a gray shimmery shadow and dust the upper and lower lashline. then take a golden shadow and press into the inner corners of the eyes.

face- i think since you are tan(lucky girl!), you just need simple things. if needed, use a foundation your shade. then whether you used foundation or not, use a shimmer over it. I recommend Trish Mcevoy Shimmer Pressed Powder. it comes in three shades (Nude, Bronze, and Champagne) that give your skin a glow

lips- i think that her lips can be achieved with a lancome juicy tube. these would most likely be perfect b/c they are so glossy with a hint of color, like her lips. use Babydoll or Dreamsicle for that glossy natural pink

hope this helped at all!

Can someone tackle the two looks I just posted, on the last page, please?

First off I have to say that it's hard to tell what Liv is wearing in the pictures you posted because of the filters applied to the pictures (diffusing in the first and a bluish cold filter in the second), but here you have what I think has been used:

The first Liv picture
eyes : matte brown eyeshadow - maybe a liquid liner covered with the matte brown eyeshadow to diffuse the look. Thin amount of liner along the lower lashline
cheeks : a slight dab of rosy blusher
Lips : neutral pink lipstick something along the lines of fastplay by MAC or Foolish Virgin by Vincent Longo

The second Liv picture
Line the eyes with black kohl or liquid eyeliner and apply a matte dark grey eyeshadow with a brush w. a small angle that will line, shade and blend your eyeshadow (see MAC's brush # 263, 266 or 269)
The Lips I really wont venture a guess on because of the filter applied.

No problem, I think the quality of the pictures is the reason why you go so little feedback. For the second picture you might want to check out the arabina/smokey eyes thread http://www.thefashionspot.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24879 for technique help ( know the eye make up Liv has in the second picture isn't heavy arabian smokey eyes..but its kind of a minimalistic version of smokey eyes imo)

Thanks so much, you're a huge help. I want you to know that I wasn't upset that no one responded if thats how it came out, I just wasn't sure if it had been forgotten since it was on a different page. Thanks again for your help.

BelleChic: Your pics don´t show unless people copy/paste the links!

Anyway, just an opinion of mine...

I think people tend to post the same looks again and again wich the techniques are the same but only small details make the change, like using dif. colours, extending a bit the line of the liner etc!

Smokey eyes are a staple in most of the make up posted.

For instance, on the first look of Liv it´s smokey eyes in brown but without the iner lining of the eyes, then mate lipstick and peach blush.

On the second look is exactly the same but in black, and the eyes are inner lined in black. Almost no blush and then lipgloss.

People tend to think a lot in brands and specific branded products, but what is really important is to understand the techniques and really analise if liner was used, blush, if it´s gloss or lipstick, etc.
Because colours may not work for you or even some textures, and then you can change them to what works for you.

Swipe a bit of a neutral shadow on the eyes and then line the upper lashes with a bit of liquid black eyeliner and then use two coats of back mascara (my favourite is Maybelline Volum´Express).

Using any kind of illuminating product, pat it on your forehead, chin, top of the lip and upper cheeks. Be careful and dont over do it, otherwise it will look oily! :D

Use a pinkish lipstick or a tiny bit of lipstain on the lips and top with a bit of vaseline.

Finish by using a pinkish blush.

Most drustore brands have cheap and nice products so you can go to a drugstore and think of the colours i recomended and less on the specific brands, because for certain you will find products of the above colours!

For an illuminating product, search for one that is either creamish or liquid and that is golden, i often use a cream golden eyeshadow as an illuminating product and it works really well. You will for certain find one in drugstore brands.
Loreal and Maybelline have great products!
