Anyone know how to recreate the look from Vera Wang's s/s RTW? I love it, but all I can find on it is some little blurb on style.com about it being "ruddy" and inspired by Deadwood.

For the second photo, the skin might be achieved with MAC Strobe Cream or Pearl Cream Color Base - anything creamy highlighting product that's more pearly than shimmery. Or maybe a combination of Nars Multiples in Copabanaca (silvery) and Dr. Hauschka bronzer lotion, which is very sheer and golden.
- A dab of brownish reddish cream blush or lipstick straight on the apples of the cheeks.
- Then a pink lip pencil dabbed messily on the lips, and topped with some shimmer, but nothing too glossy.
- For the eyes, a combo of shimmery pink and tan. Maybe MAC tan pigment and paradisco eyeshadow. Shimmery pink eyeliner on the inner rims.

The model in the first photo is a bit more matte and pale. Use the same products, but with a lighter hand. She also seems to have some lavendar color (eyeliner or cream eyeshadow) smudged on her lower eyelids. Hope that helps!

Ok here goes :)

1. Use a very sheer liquid foundation or a tinted moisturizer. As the eye make
up already is heavy enough, we have to take it easy with the foundation
so it doesn't end up looking like a ' mask ' of make up.

2. Apply a shimmery peach or a neutral toned eyeshadow all over your eyelid.

3. Contour with a shade or two darker shade, or in this case, with
warm brown colour. The trick here is to continue blending this shade
upwards and outwards.

4. Finish off with a subtle shimmer as a highlight under the arch of your
eyebrows and inner corner of your eyes.
Line the inner rim of your bottom lid with a white or a pale pink shade.

5. Apply a pale beige/ pink lipstick as this will really emphasize your eyes
without the lips being distracting.

6. Use a eyebrow pen to define the eyebrows and to give them a nice shape.

7. Cheek color should be subtle, keep the color neutral to give it a
sophisticated look.

8. Use a black kohl or pencil liner( or what Kate has which is most likely a
liquid eyeliner ), keep the line as close to your lash line as you can,
tapering the inner corner away to nothing. Extend and sweep the liner
across your lid, getting thicker over your pupil area, tapering your winged
end up toward your temple.
Apply a mascara which gives you a lot of volume ( tip : YSL faux cils ).

Use a black kohl liner on ur bottom lashline up until where the pupil ' ends '
like you can see in the pic.

Hope that helped somewhat Tushka_BeLLa :flower:

Just use some lipbalm to see how the colour of your lips turn, or try Loreal lipstick in peach creme ;)

I LOVE this look on Tiuu ... can somebody please give me a make-up breakdown and also tell me how I can get this GORGEOUSLY tan! Thanks in advance!

Gloss

How do i get lips as glossy as those from the Jedroot pictures...i feel like this is a stupid question but whatever gloss is used doesn't ruin the underlying color and its so clear! HELP! i tried uploading but it didnt work i hope soemone knows what im talking about! thanks

Okay, I want to achieve mary-kate's eye make up look (but i included a close up of ashley, as the eyes are very similar) - can anyone help out?
From the pic of her eye closed you can see that its almost a bare lid, with black liquid liner and false lashes, and from others it looks like silver or white shadow on the bottom?
The pics are huge, which helps, but I'm not brilliant with my eye looks yet so i need some help.
can anyone walk me through it, and in particular recommend a shade/product for the silver shade? I was thinking maybe a creme shadow would be best? any help or step by steps would be appreciated...

(OT - MK is looking really well at the minute, isn't she? <3 MK&A!)

Mary Kate doesn´t seem to be wearing liquid eyeliner, but khol, i can tell that by the mark she has of the line on her lids. ;)
On the upper lids she is wearing that khol and some neutral eyeshadow maybe, or no eyeshadow at all.

On the lower lash line, there is khol too lining the eye, and some dark coloured eyeshadow for a bit more contour, under the lashes. She is also wearing some light grey shado on the inner corners of the eye.
Tons of mascara too! ;)

Ashley´s make up is different, she has the classic smokey eyed look, black eyeshadow and the eye contoured in black khol.

sorry the picture isn't very big, but does anyone know how to get Ai's look here?

(style.com)

especially the shade of blush
and if it's possible to achieve the same look of her eyeliner but using a gel eyeliner(bobbi brown & mac fluidlines)

thanks a bunch in advance :flower:

I saw this pic in a magazine - where you can see it better. I found the same pic at the Paul Mitchell Website. In the ad (maybe colorized, don't know), the model had gorgeous *gray* eyes and a soft gray rim. I have pale green eyes and am wondering whether there's a way to make the gray thing work and how to. (I have pale skin w/pinkish cool undertones and very dark, almost black straight hair.)

Golden_Butterfly,Karma for you! Thanks for the effort on Kate's pic

I have this big event coming up and I am planning to wear this look, since it's soft and this event starts early morning(at night, I'll change it). What is she wearing?(foundation,blush,mascara....everything please!).Last thing, do you think it will look OK with a green dress and beige heels?
