^ i love how the cats actually fit perfectly into their interior surrounding! ^_^

love the brick wall. that and the lamp totally make the look.
i have been wondering for some time now how to get a textured wall like that.

there was an interior design show i watched few nights ago and they used tiling to cover a little portion above an oven. it was cute! the little square tiles seemed very lightweight, they were all joined together like a fabric/mesh, and even maybe made of plastic. they were quite shiny, like dried PVA glue.

thanks so muy rox, both places are stunning! im always impressed by the way some interior designers handle dark walls like these..

Montague Terrace is my fav i love rees roberts and steven harris works they are amazing

West 87th Street is divine! Great natural colors throughout the house. I am especially impressed with the textures (leather woven chair & foyer table especially) and shapes of the furniture. Plus there are bookshelves everywhere, which I love (and find necessary).

I'm not crazy about the kitchen though... I think it's the color.

Enjoyed all of those pics, thanks navygreen.

I agree the kitchen is a bit weird. I think it's because the counters are kind of devoid of objects, which makes it look just like a kind of expanded dining room. Plus it's an unusually wide kitchen

Hello, I'm looking for a wallpaper I saw on tv a while ago.. Its new york so when you put it on your wall it'll like you're looking down on new york.. I really liked it so if any one has any idea where I could find it or purchase it either reply on here or PM would be great
