^ yep that's me Good Ole spoon shaped Star Oh well It has worked for my legs so I figured I'd throw it in the conversation I saw a guy I dated a few years ago at a bar and he couldn't help but comment on how thin my legs have become from using this workout I took it as a compliment but I was like "What was I fat before? I've never even hit 115 on a scale, etc" You how girls can take a compliment and flip it if they are sensitive about that area of their body Anyway I was always skinny on top but now I'm more even Not perfect but I see improvement This book is definitely worth checking out
