they're very accomidating with exchanges, returns. one time, i went back to return a fluidline eyeliner in waveline and the girl asked if i was sure because every single return, they throw away. i was so shocked because i always thought that the used it as testers. she said that it was because of bacteria and sanitary purposes.
thats a shame, what a waste of good product but i just couldnt bring myself to NOT exchange it because that liner was so horrible...
I'm gonna buy some next time I'm at the mall, any mall ...
and I can't always find the time to go out shopping for it. 
)
