high waists are meant to be big for fall 07 ...so i believe if you are going to invest in a mini - that would be a good direction to go in

I can't help but thinking that miniskirts are for 14 year olds bleached out girls. Who wear leggings. And matching shoes and belt. And tiny revealing tops. I could never wear a miniskirt.

I'd rather go for a below the knee pencil skirt. Even all these examples looked too "sl*tty." There's just something about it now that makes me not want to wear it. I think I'll stick to my dresses.
