i think designers are looking for ways to explore bold, graphic patterns. patchwork-inspired looks are a way to interpret it. i think the important thing to remember when trying out this trendf is to keep that in mind, and to fall into a kitschy, crafty trap. ugh!!! the last thing you want to come off is homemade.

gia0202 the Prada one can look homemade... but they are using nice fabric! and odd shapes!

i have some that are dominating my wardrobes.
