i'm with Team this time around, last time i was with Image

now i get even more money

when i move to new york i must do this 'commercial' modeling thing.

maybe i will look into ford in this case. but i was thinking whilly also.

Michael Schwartz at Ford is a rock star. One of the best bookers, er...I mean agents around...Also, Dave Lott, on the commerical board, can land jobs for his models blindfolded, standing on one foot foot on a street corner in Papua New Guinea, half a handle of Jack Daniels deep...

:ninja:

ok here's The DL ( down low) lol the guy that's helpign me book is telling me that ford is way too comercial for me.. that's why they want me blonde.. he said if I signed with MC2 I would do well in paris cuz that's where they are sending me probably.. because now all there girls go to Elite paris instead of Karin.. if I signed with RACE (the guy that was the other owner of karen) I would go to paris and be with karen models there... soo who is better in Paris.. cuz everyone wants to send me there.. so that's where I will be eventually in a few months.... I dunno I saw DNA today.. they like me but my boobs are a little bit too big for them and they dont like that I was with Elite before.. otherwise I probably would have gotten an offer.. ooowell atleast they told me the truth they only want fresh faces even though I am pretty new... So whats better in paris ELite?? or KAREN??

elite paris is a good agency...and they're doing an amazing job with their new faces
they're all very sweet, outgoing, and quite helpful!

There is so much stooopid politics involved, isn't there? It's like "wtf!?" I think agencies and designers are a little too obsessed with new faces & discovering the newest thing. If you're hot you're hot. If you can sell you can sell. It shouldnt matter if you're a professional seasoned model or some corn-fed newbie from Nebraska, but whatever...

So, Butterfly and Co. didn't like your boobs? what a pity... I wasn't aware that DNA didn't had a thing for smaller chested girls considering they have adriana and karolina k. on their board.

I too have heard that Elite in Paris is good, esp. with new faces, but you might be better off with MC2/Karen if you're going to be in other cities (NY, Mia) as well. Just my thought... Good luck!

Sorry a little ot but me and my booker have a thing going where he says that DNA and Major don't have any girls under 5'9'' on their boards...is this true? I told him that Audrey Marnay is 5'8'' but he says no way?

I don't think DNA does at all very strict as far as standards they don't even have an open call do they.

Audrey is around 5'7" I heard if not shorter
Anne Marie is definitely no taller than 5'7.5"
Ben is 5'8"
Bonny is 5'7.5"
Karen is about 5'8"
Marie Eve is 5'8"
Natalia is approx 5'8.5"
Sophie is shorter than her listed 5'9" too I think

So ...

More on topic. I appreciate DNA's decision to be very selective about new faces, they are a compact and very succesful agency. All their new faces are remarkable. There are only a few agencies who work exactly that way, so I don't see the problem ^_^

I don't think sarah ziff, formerly with Next, is 5'9'', nor do I think Noot is 5'9" (who coincidentally was a very successful Elite Model three or four years ago...but she is drop dead gorgeous)...

Noot started out in NY with Aline Souliers, which later changed to talent management. I think most of their models went to DNA after that. I don't think she was ever at Elite.

Don know as to DNA, but Major does seem to be pretty strict.

By the way, I asked this before, but does anyone know what happened to the agency called Pauline's Model Management that used to represent Lonneke Engel. I mean both their New York and Paris offices... If anyone at all has any info, please let me know...
