am I the only one here who wasn't moved at all by reese when she won

I know that I will piss a lot of people off so I'm sorry but when she was giving her speech it felt as though she was acting a scene in a bad movie.. it felt like she was trying too hard to cry and I don't know why but she felt a bit fake to me..

her speech felt a bit too cliche for me.. I was just annoyed by her.. her all american good girl personality doesn't feel that pure to me

^Haha, it's ok! Everyone's entitled to their own opinion.

For me, though, I felt that Reese's speech was the best serious one in years. I've never felt the urge to sit through an acceptance speech before (I skipped most of the ones during last night), but even though she obviously went way overtime, I really wanted to hear what she had to say for some reason (And I wasn't disappointed ).

its funny how the elton john thing is a bunch of b listers and the vanity fair is where all the big stars go.

i loved michelle and keira's neclaces, i think they made thier outfits. they were stunning

im so glad crash won. it was such and amazing film. and the underdog too. i liked brokeback, but i didnt think it had the presence of crash (or even munich)

My (quick) take:

Best Dressed - I'm going with Uma. She was perfection...and considering last year, she's definitely most improved.

Worst Dressed - Naomi Watts. Was I the only one who thought she looked like she had a massive tumor growing out of her side?

Best Acceptance Speech - This one is a tie between Philip Seymour Hoffman and Gavin Hood (Tstosi). Both heartfelt and moving.

And I don't give a damn what anyone says - Jon Stewart did a great job!
