Location Filming Currently Underway in London for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

TLC has gotten multiple reports that location filming for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is currently underway tonight in London, England. Following on what TLC first reported several weeks ago, Staff and many readers have alerted us that crews bearing name tags with "HP7" are setting up location night shoots in the Piccadilly Circus and Shaftesbury Avenue portion of London. New reports say this new filming underway tonight and tomorrow is most likely for the Cafe attack scene with the Trio. These are due to run from 9pm till 530am (very late). If you are in the area, please send in your reports and photos to [email protected].

Update: Reader Milo owled to say that he heard "roughly 400 extras are going to be used over a 3 day period, each shoot lasting from 11pm-5am but due to congestion they are only allowed to film at 15 minute intervals. When I got down there earlier this evening I saw the production designer Stuart Craig surveying the area. There is a large unit base at the bottom of Piccadily Circus with and pretty much every crew member is involved in this shoot, and throughout the evening lots of mini buses carrying crew members from Leavesden studios were being dropped off." PICS GLORE (I have just got some as there are way too many to post.

Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, take a break on set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I in London on Monday night (April 20). The trio are currently filming both Part 1 and Part 2 of the final film back-to-back.

Look you can see Hermione's special beaded bag. Harry and Ron's suit are great especially Ron's.

Emma Watson red dress is nice but it's surpose to be purple just like her Yule Ball dress was blue but yet it was pink in the film. The fashion is just as important and should stay canon. Emma's hair is also a big thumbs down.

I hate that they put that jacket on Harry. Dan looks like he's 50. And I'm still confussed as to why he looks like he does if you know what I'm saying. He didn't look like that in New York.

Who would have thought Rupert would be the hot one.

They are filming again there tonight if anyone wants to go.

After spending most of her birthday filming at Leavesden Studios in Hertfordshire, a dressed-down Emma returned to her father's London home in a tracksuit for a quiet dinner.
Writing on her official website, Emma admitted she had been too busy to think about her birthday.
She said: 'It looks like my birthday has snuck up on me. I sooo don't want to be 19. I can't believe how much has happened.
'So just a quiet one this year. As you know everything is so busy with my filming schedule. I'm really looking forward to a home-cooked dinner with my family.'

Is it okay to say that I loathe Emma Watson here? It's hard to suppress 7 years of hatred, but girl totally ruined her character since Chamber of Secret. The sad thing is even though I hate how un-canon the movies are, I always end up seeing them multiple times.

^ I don't really mind her portrayal of Hermione. The only movie I had a problem with it was Goblet of Fire. She was just overly dramatic & moody & annoying in that one. Like she was pms-ing the entire time or something.

Aww I wish I was in London, Harry Potter is the only movie I would ever stalk the set of. I would kill to be in a HP movie. Even to be one of those extras that walk by for 2 seconds would make me that happiest person ever!

i think they generally did an amazing casting job with all the parts in harry potter, especially luna

imo They need to hire a better stylist to make Dan look a bit taller ...even Harry would be ashamed ...adn I preffer the hair in the 4 movie too..

And I suposse the pics with Emma wearing the Red dress are when they escape from the wedding

Agree He is not very tall but the clothes don't help.
