i completley agree. those of the hispanic heritage believe that death is something to be celebrated. welcomed, not feared. it absolutley is a part of life.
That's true- and I do belive that death is celebrated in the roman catholic religion as well because it is considered the birth into eternal life. I hope he goes in peace
To be honest I'd rather see him die now than in a few years time. Not because I dislike him in anyway, it's just I feel weird knowing he has to suffer like that.
Exactly ^ I wouldn't wish prolonged death on any of my family, it's just another rite of passage after all, he's been alive, he's lived, and the current state he is in he can't have a life. I just really hope his death doesn't take long.
I saw him two times in 1997 and in 2002. Best person ever. Best person from my country for me. Very big authority for many people from all the over world. But if he die he will be live in our memory. And that's very important - never forget.
HE was so different from all the other popes. He was like the People's Pope...always showing his face and going from country to country. In some ways he was also considered a radical for how he changed the catholic church, though he was still ultra conservative when it came to sexuality and orientation.
The Pope...one of the very few people left with consistently good morals. I must say, I've found the media reporting on him somewhat very undignified. It's like they're just waiting for him to die, all they need is a countdown clock...
