I ordered a bunch of stuff from yoox on super discount...
mostly jil sander...
a black dress...
a RED shirt...!!!... (I've never owned a red shirt!)
a white dress...
random baggy jeans...

they were so inexpensive that I fully expect them to all be terrible, but I couldn't resist...
ie- white dress-$68...?!?! red shirt $31...?!?!?!!!!!!!...
I mean....that's Uniqlo pricing!
granted, it's from several seasons ago...
but it's not like jil sander stuff goes out of style...
and the quality is still great even if it's not what it was in the 90's...
bunch of stuff on there now from that last season when jil was still there...
amazing dresses...just timeless and elegant...
if I worked in an office I'd buy at least 5 of them...
so flattering and comfortable...

I helped my mom pick out a Canada Goose Gabriola Parka in black yesterday....

When I was an undergrad way back in the day, everyone wore The North Face (before it went all mainstream) to show off their "status"; these days people on campus wear Canada Goose.... Personally, I think it's just another fad. But, she loves it.

also- all the ads from animal activists targeting them cause of the fur collars...

I haven't seen one without the fur trim before!...

Yoox added a Y-3 detachable hood w/a chin strap closure to the jacket that I ordered in a little bag tied to the main zipper pull. I looked up the original pics and description of the jacket at Y-3, and I don't think it's supposed to have a hood (there's no place to attach one).
*shrugs*
It looks like a cyberpunk aviator cap when I wear it (in a good way)....

So funny that you mention Jil Sander on Yoox. Around the holiday season, they had a lot of her menswear shirts, really cheap, and it looked fantastic! It was a smidge more on the look-at-me side (instead of the notice-me side that you'd expect from Jil herself), but regardless of the designer, it was still cute. Now after reading your post, maybe I'll take a better at the mens look next time.
