Tiny Bumps On Forehead That Won't Go Away

lettuce has lots of water in it too.

floatingworld...that's amazing!!!! thanks for that tip:flower:

Do you like sport? It will help to stimulate your blood system. After doing sport you will be very thirsty, then you have to drink, you won't be reluctant again to drink water, because your body need it.

yeh i do,but the only sport i really do is in pe.

Should i go to the doctors and see what they say?? mayb they could give me sum cream or somethin cus i really want me spots gone!! :(

they can give you antibiotics to clear up your spots or a heavily medicated cream. but i think it is more for people with acne not just a couple of spots. you could always go and ask though:flower:

annoying little red bumps!

I have a bunch of little red/pale bumps on my forhead...what are they and how do I get rid of them? I used to get big red pimples but now that almost never happens. Right now I'm using Khiel's cleasner with oatmeal, and moisturizer but I feel like the more product I use the worse the bumps get. The only thing that helped was this SKII masque (white cloth w/ cut outs) which isn't for acne anyways, and I can't afford it every month.

any ideas?

(oh and I'm almost 18 if that makes a difference)

I have that too.. What I use is Clean and Clear Advantage Acne Spot Treatment. It gets rid of pimples REALLY fast.. And it will help to reduce the redness.. Available in any drugstore.

How long have you been using the Kiehl's products? Myabe you are allergic to one of them, or they make you break out worse.

thanks girls. I've used Benefit Boo Boo Zap a few times and it seems like the redness has gone down, but that might be because of the time of month hmm.. I've just started using Khiels so I don't think it's that.

I will pick up some Neutrogena tomorrow!

Do you have bangs? if so, they might be causing this..

^ I got my hair cut yesterday so I do now ^_^ . The bumps have gone down even more today, I am so confused! Maybe I should just stop using cleanser/moisturizer on my forhead. Or maybe the Benefit if really working hmm.

i was searching the threads for help with my forehead issues and found this one but no one gave any real helpful answers. Does anyone have new suggestions for an oily forehead with tiny red bumps??

I had that, and the only thing that made them go away was accutane. That was like 3 or 4 years ago now and I haven't had one since.

Accutane isn't for small forehead bumps, I thought that was only given out to people with severe, cyst-like acne...

anyway. I get the same bumps sometimes. Just exfoliate at least once a week and use a little benzoyl peroxide rub (%10)... it's what did the trick for me. And go easy on makeup there, because that + oil from hair if you have bangs = even more clogged pores

I also get this and didn`t know what was causing it. My facialist told me to get tested for allergies. I got the bumps due to sun allergy. I started using heavy dose of sunblock  religiously and now they are almost completely gone. SUNBLOCK! and you will see the difference.

Accutane has the reputation of being exclusively for cyst like acne, but it was prescribed to me and other family members by different dermatologists, so it obviously applies to a wider spectrum of acne. I had mild acne that didn´t respond to other treatments, like prescription creams, tetracycline etc. and so I was prescribed accutane.

Most of my bumps have gone away now. I still get a few though :( Maybe you can never truly get rid of all of them. I just use cetaphil when i'm in the shower and give my face a massage. About twice a month I use Olay Regenerist..and then I have 'breaks' where I just leave my skin, don't even put any water on it, but spot apply some benzoyl peroxide to clear stuff up. I don't know, I guess everybody's skin is different.

I've looked everywhere but never ever found any vitamin E serum. What kind of brands are available in NZ I wonder...

Really? Because they sell it at most drugstores where I live for two dollars. I'm sure you could order it online. I find it works best in gel form, and the great thing about it is it doesn't dry out or irritate your skin like most acne treatments. It seems to work for a lot of people, so I would definitely give it a try! :flower: Also, you can buy it in tablet form and puncture the tablets to release the gel.
