LilyGirl said:speaking of white bags, my son splashed tomato sauce on my white balenciaga and I used a diaper wipe to blot the spots (because it was the only thing I had) and it worked! there's not one sign of a stain. phew.

Also, I haven't read through this thread, and I'm wondering if there is concensus about what product works best for a lambskin Chanel bag?
I'm also considering a suede Chanel bag (if I can locate it) and I'm wondering what you'd recommend for it? I don't really treat my bags, but I do treat my shoes. Could I use the same thing on the bag as I do my shoes?
And what about canvas bags, how should I keep them clean? I usually tire of a bag before it shows much sign of wear, so it's really never been an issue, but you wonderful bag people inspire me to take better care of my bags
