Trends You Are Sick Of #1

Plaid has been mass-produced and cheapened to unbearable proportions. Same with the heavy-metal warriordom of studs, spikes and grommets. Though new, and still a large part of my closet, they're becoming less special with each blogger that dons them or goes crazy at studsandspikes.com and starts attacking any and everything in sight.

blah! sorry for the rant about something i have a love-hate relationship with!

I'm also sick of seeing weird DIY studding projs but hey I've done some so I'm not complaining.

I'm kinda sick of seeing a lot of girls do the denim shorts with tights thing... like I love it and everything but do it only if it works for your body!

i totally agree. i mean personally, i think this is the look where you want to look 'fashionable'. and yeah, i agree i love it and everything, but seeing so many girls taking over this look kinda makes me want to tear up my old pictures where i'm wearing sheer tights under denim shorts.

oh, and i'm also sick and tired of seeing people wearing leather jackets over plaid shirts/flannels. it's cute, but overrated.

i get really annoyed with girls who wear jeans skirts and uggs. I don’t know why anyone still does it. It’s unattractive. I am also not really a fan of the girls who feel the need to belt everything. Especially if it is a oversized ugly belt.

Socks over pants. It's a trend in Norway.

Uggs, please, it never looked right when they first came out and they still don't look nice.

Someone said men in skinny jeans... I hate seeing 12 year old boys skating around in skinny tight pants..

Funnily enough, that's not annoying me at all. I quite lilke the power stuff, with it's new angle. Not criticising your view - just commenting.

I was utterly peeved that some eejit designer had actually given in to the pyjama jim-jam wear and designed a .... well, designer pair. Dunno if bunnies are obligatory or wot not tho. Def choooze yur pr hr tho. Not.

Those awful gaudy, gold Amy Winehouse, knacker earrings... well that's what they're called in Ireland, I dunno what they are actually named.. and the heart-shaped ones Lily Allen hopped on the bandwagon of... just go away!
And while I'm ranting, that over done, over-backcombed scene hairstyle that seems to be everywhere now..
