Shirts with slogans like recycle, green is the new black, etc.
Shirts with slogans about voting

^^^ Any "I'm not a plastic bag" type of drivel. I support the green movement in fashion, but those slogans are the sartorial equivalent of being smug and full of yourself.

- Those godawful "Team Edward" t shirts, and anything related to Twilight hysteria. I have nothing against the books or the upcoming movie, but I'm disturbed by all obsessive trends.

- I've tried and tried to understand the appeal of open-toed boots, because I see a lot of celebrities and bloggers whose style I admire wearing them. But I find them incredibly ugly, they ruin even the best of outfits, and I really wish they would go away forever.

^yes I agree, if it's hot enough to have your toe free then it's too hot for boots

Denim Shorts
Head-bands
Sky-High Platforms
AA tees, etc.
Literal gladiators
Anything too Kate Moss-y
Or Alexander Wang-y
or French Vogue-y
:ninja:

I love Alexander Wang style...that's not really a trend but a good look :)

Um but I dislike crocs, Uggs, Denim Skirts + Giant sunglasses

I think Crocs are alright for outdoors activities (especially those where you could wet your feet), just not for everywhere.

so there are a couple celebrities so far that are attempting to bring back the rolled up jeans look (Katie Holmes and Rachel Bilson). Eww Eww Eww! This should never have been a style in the first place (back in the 80's-90's).

Please please don't bring it back.

T-shirts with lame statements like "Back In the Day"....

Theres just no need.

^ And I think rolled up jeans don't look that bad... : )

I find it trite @ this point, tbh...
Even on the actual French Vogue girls, too...
It isn't a bad look by any means, but it's so overdone...

I am also sick of anything too Rick Owens-y
& Balenciaga-ish...
& Olsen-ish...
& Erin Wasson-ish

:ninja:

I deffinitly hate Crocs,very much.
They need to leave and never come back.

Trends im deffinitly sick of:

The head-band look - Hippie style is alright, as for all those crazy girls with the head band running across their heads, thats a trends that needs to die out, and fast too.

TNA'S - there are still many girls wearing them, and going crazy over those things
grr.

Leggings as pants - disgusting, well that pretty much sumed it up

I deffinitly hate those trends there just not intriguing to me at all, there brutal.

Denim shorts on people who don't have the body for it.

Plus, they only look decent on models anyway. On other people it reminds of country bumpkins crossed with white trash crossed with Britney Spears

 :innocent:

I definitely agree. It feels like the fool-proof way to dress if you want to look ~fashion~. I think it looks great on the Vogue P-set cause that's their "look" but now that every other fashion wannabe is dressing the same way, it's just not exciting anymore.

candy colored wayfarers
the thick bangs and long flat hair look
patterns that aren't unique: it ruins something special about them when mass-marketed too
hippie headband : used to love it
tent dresses

Crocs and uggs...but Uggs are my number one pet peeve, I see them everywhere!

What are Uggs? Nah just kidding, I think its safe to say the majority here dislike them. I mean here in England I see girls wearing them in the SUMMER!! Its crazy.

Now this I completely disagree with. I'm a petite girl, and some of the clothes fit me very well, plus they tend to be inexpensive. Zarakids is one of my favorite places to shop, and no, I don't dress like an overgrown child-woman.

I know it was a long time ago, but I haven't been on here.. so my answer:
I meant grown up woman (they can be any size really..) who buys like childrens tu-tus or like batman tees.. that's what I'm sick of. People trying to be 5 when they are actually 15-25..

What exactly do you like then?

I think I kind of understand what you mean; I don't have a problem with people who wear Rick Owens and Balenciaga, but people who dress head-to-toe in it every single day gets a bit old and unoriginal. Is Erin Wasson equated with the Olsens now? Frankly I think she's getting a bit old to be dressing like she does.

And those who would carry around Dora the Explorer backpacks and stuff! There were oodles of them at my high school; I never understood why.
