Very happy to see this stunning actress on the cover - and looking so flawless as well!

Cover shot by Ralph Mecke and she is wearing Jean Paul Gaultier Haute Couture.

Scanned by myself.

The article and pics of the lovely Thandie! Seriously...I have a major girl-crush on her! Scanned by myself from UK Harper's Bazaar June 2006.

Fashion editorials:

Rebel Rebel - Rock out to a riotous chorus of stripes, leather and hedonistic headgear. Photographer: Michelangelo Di Battista, Model: Hye Park

Masterpieces - Art meets fashion meets print - bold summer dresses strut their stuff from canvas to catwalk. Photographer: Dirk Seiden Schwan, Model: Kim Noorda

Dark Side of the Sun - Sexy and striking, this season's hottest silhouettes sizzle in jet black. Photographer: Jeff Bark, Model: Michelle Buswell

Even though I am always judging the celebrity covers, I'm glad that British magazines often have people who are famous for the right reasons in their covers, compared to the US magazine covers for example. The cover shot is good too, and the content seems interesting. What's that Kennedy story by Caroline Radziwill about?

Thanks Susie for posting :flower: !

Thandie looks amazing  the editorial pictures look good too.

^White Linen - I couldn't agree more! I will scan the Caroline Radziwill story here - it's rather heart-breaking actually....

Here's the Hye Rim Park editorial

The Carole Radziwill story about losing her husband and her two best friends (John F Kennedy Jnr. and Carolyn Bessette) all in one summer. Heart-breaking stuff.

^No problem. :flower:

A nothing special issue but worth it just for the Hye Park editorial alone!

I find Thandie Newton to be a bit stuck up sometimes.

^Yes, but she is famous for her acting, and I have respect for everyone who is famous for something like that, not because of their personal life, perfect body or some other bullsh*t.

Yes...I think sometimes she does like to assert herself as being a true thespian - and also her Oxford first degree factors into it a bit as well! Nonetheless, I think she's a brilliant actress.

there was a similar article with her in us vogue a while back...
very heartbreaking...i think her husband died of cancer...
i believe she wrote a book about it...

Thandie is Gorgeous

These pictures look amazing and I will buy this copy of Harpers as soon as it's published.

Brilliant!

Oh, and on when she appeared on Sparky's show, he said that she graduated with Honors from Cambridge.

She seems very down to earth and she really seems to be involved with her family and charities.

This is good news and I hope that we see her on Vogue soon.

Another lovely sneak peek of a magazine long off from my newstand.

Thanks again susie
