US Vogue subscription, for me atleast, always comes very late. It's usually out on newstands first. I don't know why its like that.

Yeah, same for me. I would see Vogue at my local grocery stores before I received them at home. I mean what's the point of subscribing then?

BTW, I want to see Anna's reaction if J Hud doesn't win the oscar. But she's almost guaranteed one if she shows up.

Maybe they're waiting until after the Oscars. They're probably betting that Hudson will win for Best Supporting Actress, and more people will be interested in reading about her then.

But it will still be out all the same,so just a chance for more copies at the end of the day if people didn't get it right away! Anyhow I went to the bookstore today...nothing! I don't think waiting is smart besides I'm tried of seeing that Renee issue anyway time to change!

Vogue US used to always be notoriously late, after all the other magazines had their new issues out.

It should be out by Thursday morning unless they really are pushing their release date back.

That's how it's been working anyway.

Love Jennifer Hudson, hate the cover photo they chose. This is the best they could do? What's with the ridiculous open mouthed shot?! I hate that they have to turn her into some sort of "big momma lounge singer character", when they could have had her just be beautiful and glamourous like their other covers or even like the recent ones of Jennifer I've seen(check out Essence). Does Vogue or rather Anne Wintour believe that this is the only way America will embrace this woman?! The inside shots were somewhat better, although I expected more.

I agree with you completely. I was so excited about Jennifer being on the cover and it has turned out to be a let down. I will still purchase the issue to show my support but Vogue could have done a much better job.

That rumor about it not hitting newsstands is false. I have it in my hands as we speak. All the pix posted are all that are in the article. There is a boring 2 pg + 2 columns interview. Very underwhelming article and I got bored so quickly.
