I never rush to click on a Valentino thread because I know it will essentially be same old same old. Swathes of floor-length fabric in sheeny colours, in dark colours, in bold colours, and now....in ivory. He has become as predictable as Mary.
But the industry have decided that PP is the new prince of fashion so these looks will get editorialised by every magazine under the sun despite it being as predictable as a Gucci collection.

I wonder what Flaccacento will make of these past few Milan collections....

He's become way too predictable and safe. As skilled as he can be, he is relying on the same bag of tricks for like 2 years now. His growth is kind of frustrating.

There have probably been designers at even minimalist brands that have tried more ideas than this guy.

I am missing the days where PP and Maria Grazia were collaborating... Except for a few of their solo collections, I liked them better together than apart.

Literally all his signature Valentino dresses, but in shades of white. What a shame.
