It’s a lovely classic looking group shot.

The cover works as a foldout, but I don’t like how the main cover looks without the foldout. The composition looks bad with everyone shoved to the side.

The selection of actors is ok, although Zendaya feels a bit out of place though.

It's crystal clear from their eyes and faces, they all just woke up.

LOVE the new art direction, it looks slick. And I think the colour scheme and setting works in a McDean way. Unfortunately Oprah, Reese and Zendaya is looking rough. Also, don't like Zendaya's dress at all.

The true star of the cover is Graydon! How I'll miss him. :(

glad they photoshop Nicole back to 10 years ago when she still looked amazing

What a fabulous foldout cover. This is the least fake looking Hollywood issue in a long time.

I am glad that Oprah, Reese and Nicole are sharing the main cover. Reese has somehow changed television these past two years and is producing four new projects in the near future with great scrips and stellar casts.

On a side note, though - I wish either Chalamet, Kaluuya or Pattinson was featured in this. It misses a bit of promising young indie talent.

PS. No Saoirse here either? Is it slightly possible that Anna is saving her for March or are my predictions about her not chasing big covers in the cover rumor thread true?

Quite a random assortment of actors. The reason this coincides with awards season is because they tend to have Oscar contenders on the cover. Surprised that the likes of Margot Robbie, Daniel Kaluuya and Timothee Chalamet are not featured.

I'm also surprised at Margot and Daniel's absence who would've given this cover a more current air. Don't much care for the Woody Allen actor.

I love Oprah, but she looks rough. I'd be mad if I were her. That eye makeup did her eye some great disservice. She looks like she was photographed mid-blink.

Reese looks rough as well. Not her greatest photograph.

Annie seriously needs put more effort on her photoshop skills. The cut/paste is very much apparent. The lighting is super different. What the hell is Nicole resting her arm on? The quality of Nicole's shot is sharper than the rest of those behind her. Claire is obviously placed there. Ugh, not a single shadow was cast by her head. Amazing. Gal Gadot looks gorgeous but looks obviously cut/paste there.

Also, what's up with that weird cut on the left side of the photo. The perfect angle/cut on Oprah's dress looks weird.

The fact that they feel like they could fool people with this lazy cut/paste photography is laughable and highly reprehensible.

So this is Graydon's final issue? It's passable, but nothing great.

And, nothing on Trump?

Can you imagine if one of the new editor's early decisions was to put Trump (back) on the cover?

Some random choices, i kinda hoped that this year it would be all women! Nicole looks best, Jessica is also resplendent here, and I don't even mind Graydon lurking in the corner, it really works actually.

Holy s**t, I was sure it was Naomi Watts. What did they do to Nicole? :ninja:

How long before the meltdowns over Gal Gadot in a sheer gown being surrounded by ~oldwhitemen?

It a nice foldout. I sort of wish they could include Tiffany Hadish in the group if they are going this route and not Oscars contenders.

I wonder what it is Nicole is leaning on. Definitely not Oprah's leg.
