It's a 'Scandinavian summer' issue, hence the fur, since Scandinavia is cold and all.

I live in Scandinavia and I can assure you we don't wear fur in the summer here .. The typical temperature in Scandinavia in the summer is 20-25 degrees celcius (depending on the region of course).
