Vogue Australia June 2019 : Kendall Jenner by Charlie Denno

And here I thought she was getting better. This is rather pathetic at this point.

I just want her to bump into Tyra Banks one good time to tell her to smize more in photos in hopes that it will pay off.

Come on, Denno! You're better than this. I don't think it's an awful cover, just that the retouching on her face is crazy. Everything is just too perfect and android-like. I do like the pose and composition of the image for a cover. And the styling is very sexy, a refreshing change from Centenera's hypebeast obsession.
But this was most likely shot when she was in Australia for Tiffany duties, which is why Christine didn't had anything to do with it. Thank God.

I actually think this would have been a great cover were it not for the ugly text. Kendall's bored expression weirdly works for me here.

Given the styling, you would have seen a better shot from Kylie Jenner, if you're going to feature the family at all.

"A lot of people assumed that because I came from a ‘name’ that it was a lot easier for me to get to where I got, but actually it’s the completely opposite."

I mean c'mon.... that's completely bs. Sorry to break it down for you Kendall but you got it a lot easier than most of the models who come NOT from the very privileged and famous background... I'm sure you had to work hard and stuff but it was easier for you to get into the industry. Why is it so hard for them to admit their privilege?

The cover itself is okay. She looks okay but the background is bugging me. There's just too much going on with the background and the coverlines.

Her comments are just a ploy to get people talking about her, because she's not got much else to say. Remember she tried the same trick last year, talking about her catwalk modelling in Love magazine.

tigerrouge nailed it. At this point it's purely to draw a bit of buzz. As we've all said before, she's not a naturally articulate speaker, so while other celebs draw buzz with quotes about social issues and politics, she draws buzz with vague, tone deaf quotes about herself. When you stand for nothing except yourself, what's the point?

Lol, there is so much wrong with this cover.
