Vogue Italia August 2019 : Stephanie Seymour & Claudia Schiffer by Collier Schorr

If the Collier's stories can’t get anymore obnoxious and annoying, she’s in good competition with the rest of the photographers for this issue. Besides the one with Anok by Roe; there's Selena by Stevie; Anna by Petra; and Cyrielle and Georgie by Clementine. And they’re all awful. Like Collier, there’s maybe one decent shot in each of their stories if I had to choose. They all resemble indie-wannabe fanzine/selfies with that irritating sickly low yellow light that they probably think makes their photographs raw :sigh: And the layout for the entire issue is just so damn Office Depot looking.

I can get stronger imagery from any given indie digital mags put out by students. Burn VI and start from the ground up.

Bought this issue just for the purpose of laughing at it. Goodness, from the cover, art direction, editorials... everything belongs to the trash. No redeeming factor.

I do not, for the life of me, understand how Conde Nast, or any sane person, allowed the cover of nude Claudia with her terribly photoshopped hair to be published.

There are SEVERAL Vogue franchises out there who run on a very tight budget yet produce quality content, while this magazine produces this quality with all the budget in the world and thinks they could get away with it because they’re Vogue Italia.

Well, the are getting away with it...they keep continuing tu publish these contents....i prefer to see other Vogue's VI nostalgia..

Why do they overuse that resource of writing everything with different materials? It is horrible, but used over and over again, makes it even more horrendous. I just can't believe that these people are in charge, this is proof that in order to go far in fashion or arts, you need friends, not talent.

What an awful issue, really depressing.

And that editorial by Petra is disgustingly weird.

I am in Italy and I can’t bring myself about to buy this... and this is the supers’ fan talking...

Just horrible. Even I could produce a better issue.

I love Selena's editorial. The girl is finally emoting!

Everything is so bad it´s not even funny... and I´m one of the biggest old-school-supermodels fans but yeah nope. This is trash content. NEXT!

I love Selena's editorial. The girl is finally emoting!

It's the photographers who work with her. She's so hip behind the scenes. Have you watched the Chanel Netflix documentary? She was literally the only model who made an impression on me. You had Amanda Harlech hyping the other girls up before they walked out on the runway just to get some emotion out of them, anything (and I actually found it so cringey that she had to try so hard), but not Selena. She went out dancing and came back dancing. I know many will find it obnoxious, but her and Cara's barmy personality is quite adorable to me.

I'm sorry but this issue is an absolute pile of sh*t. There's no other better way to describe it. It's truly beyond my comprehension how any sane person could look at these stories and think this was acceptable content to publish??

I'd rather see 150 pages of Sarah Jessica Parker's possessed alien face from US Bazaar October 2015 than any of this!

I think this is quite possibly the worst Vogue Italia issue ever...good luck with September!
