What sort of shoes will you be wearing? And where are you going?

For day: I'd suggest maybe a loose cardigan (maybe shirred or drape-y?) and just some black sneakers (Common Projects Achilles Mid in black leather).

Night? I think a bit more pizzazz would be cool. You could do patent white simple lace-ups and do a white tie. Black and white are never played out, no matter what anyone says.

Hi everyone!

I have a "fall formal" at my college each fall, and THIS year, I have to make someone QUITE jealous (make their jaw drop, that sort of thing, haha ) Anyways, this is the dress I bought (ignore the fact the chest area looks kind of funny on the model..

I have to wear flats with this dress (im 6'0) what color should I go for? and how should I do my hair!?!?

i think you should go with black shoes instead silver b/c the dress is a lot already. black suede or satin would look good IMO.
