I have my staff Christmas party coming up at it's at a very small old shopping village with entertainment, a disco and a buffet.

^ pumps that are no higher than 3.75" i'd say would be perfect. you don't want to wear something TOO high but to spice the outfit up you can wear a pair of sexy heels that'll make you look professional at the same time. white collared shirt...tucked and minimal jewelry

What about this: Black shirt - Prada, Silver D&G shoes, gray jacket. Because of the silver shoes it won't look very corporate, but I believe it's appropriate, not too sexy.
