This is a very simple white cotton dress (from Topshop) I'm planning on wearing on my graduation this friday :D The question is; what to wear with it?! What do you think of the shoes? I'm not a big fan on high heels so it's either these, my white flats or maybe I'll have to buy new ones... Oh, and I have to buy nude underwear too... the white just shines through :yuk:

I plan on wearing this lovely skirt (from Zara) on a graduation dinner thing on wednesday... I have no idea what to wear with it, maybe that grey shirt and off-white blazer, but I don't think so. Any tips?

I got this dress for graduation...

wWell. That kind of dress is very versatile. If you were to ask me, I would pair it with any one of these:

Giuseppe Zanotti (exotic)

Moschino Chip & Chic (quirky)

Miu Miu (cause I love Miu Miu and green)

Christian Louboutin (dressy)

something along the lines of peep toe is what I suggest to keep it as dressy as possible without going overboard

(dolce and gabbana, louboutin, pierre hardy)

pointup, i'd definitely wear a fun pair of shoes with some color to brighten up the dress and make it your own. what fabric is the dress?

Hi, could you help me? I've asked my tailor to make half-knee-length shorts, the colour is white and they look like safary type. I want to wear them to office, but don't know what to pair them with :( I'm afraid they will be too "not for work but for leisure". The fabric is pretty thick (like jeans). I'm thinking of not very high heels of flats on my feet but really haven't any idea what to wear on top :)

Umm well, I would say wedges but thats more casual friday. I like the idea of them with flats or kitten heels. You could wear them a bunch of different ways, either with a camisol, a t- shirt and shrunken jacket, or a knit top.

Ok, i just bought a beige trench coat, but i need a thick belt to give it an "edge" i am thinking something like the patent belts at the YSL catwalk, but in wich colour?

I know black is a safe choice.. but.. i like my chlothes to stand out more, so any suggestions about what i can wear as a mid-waist belt?

Your help would be so appreciated.Thanks. :flower:

Delerith - I think a blazer or shrunken jacket like SanDiego suggested would sharpen the look up for work. Or anything on the conservative side, really. A button down w/ or w/out a v-neck swtr, a slouchy swtr, etc. I'd stick w/ a flat or kitten heel, too. This is if your office is business casual like mine :flower:

pucci_mama - what about brick red? :woot: I think that would be gorgeous!! I'm leaning towards autumn tones w/ the beige. Pumpkin, dark green, etc. Of course, a dark brown would be nice with it, too, but that probably falls in the same boat as the black ^_^

Oh - and Coldrice - I think the color of that scarf makes it really versatile. I'd wear it with just about anything really. The pattern makes it interesting ;)

how do i carry a dior bowling bag in brown deerskin(i think) with brushed gold leather without making it look so.. 90s?
its not the large one..
its a mini (small?) one.. about the size of a A4 paper (not including the handles).

Thanks girls, for the tips :flower:

I am not sure that YSL did a brown belt, at least it was not on the catwalk..

Curious, i never thought of a brick red before.. i like the idea! :D

Thank you :flower:

Any ideas of what I can wear with these?

I also have them in a dark beige :D . Well, they were only 20 dollars...! And I've been searching for a well-priced pair of loose cuffed shorts for eternity, and I've finally found them. At Gap, haha. So any ideas? Thanks :)

8GreenEyes8 I don't think that you can go wrong with anything. But I would either wear them with a oversized t, a blazer, some fun pumps or colourful jewlery.

Yes, that's true Tinetush- they can go with basically everything. But I was just wondering if anyone had some creative ideas. Thanks for the advice you guys ;)
