Kay, so I bought a weird skirt today. It was $10 and an impulse buy and dnjgndfhguirhyuighhu. What do I wear it with? I hate wearing short skirts because I'm, like, ten, and I don't know why I bought it... the stripes were calling to me.

Im about to buy a pair of red topshop shoes (sorry, I can't post a pic from the website!) - what should I wear them with?

Would a red cardigan with a white vest top and jeans be too much?

i like it when you wear no colour really and then just add red shoes as a 'highlight'...

but that outfit sounds cute...:flower:...

i don't think you can go wrong with red shoes....
red is a 'neutral'....goes with most things...

Can anyone help me with these Vivienne Westwood Bondage boots? I worn them with pencil skirt and t shirt, is there any other way you can suggest?

How about skinny black pants tucked in? Or a full white/cream skirt? With or without tights :woot: Maybe a mini-dress? Well, there are some thoughts anyway :p

those boots are wicked! i would wear them with opaque black tights or leggings and a shortish dress.

i love 'em. i would probably wear them to bed

How do I work this outfit out?
First, let me preface this by saying the plaid & floral print STAYS..but what can I do to break up all the patterns?

The inspiration for this came from this pic of Erin O'Connor, she's the one on the floor (pic from bwgreyscale, but borrowed from her thread here)..

So, like Erin, can I do a plain single-colored vest/waistcoat? I have a navy blue ascot that I plan on wearing w/ it as well..I think that since the shirt/pants are such bold colors, then all the additional pieces/accessories, must be more subdued...What pieces, and what colors? (and yes, cufflinks would be involved too)..

Any suggestions?

thank you fash ho', the first time I saw them I knew I had to get them home
opaque black tights is great! I am in the process of searching a nice dress! can you post a pic of the kind of dress you were talking about?

trophy brown- I think the waistcoat would work well- or a black or navy v neck. Sleeveless or long sleeved

You could wear ballet flats, or I wear converse style trainers with combats sometimes, definatly something flat :flower:

Any ideas what I could wear with this? Its a brown polka dot top, bit puffy at the bottom, just long enough to cover my bum.

Looks alright over jeans but not amazing.

what type of shoes do you suggest wearing with cargo pants?
Converse style trainers... definitely!! Or canvas skimmers, flip flops, birks.. tucked into a flat riding style boot :woot:

Amerie - I want to try that with cream trousers for some reason :p And maybe a stacked wooden heel or platform.. chunky wooden bangles or beads.
