What Vitamins do you take ?

I take a vitamin pill each month, after I stop taking it for a month and retake the next month + vitamin C each month to healthy skin and colagen prosintesis, dont forget take at least 2 l of water
 
The Nº1 multivitamins in the World is NUTRILITE. you can see in the Internet. It's my daily routine since i remeber! I totally recommended.
 
^ I think I was 7. My parents made me take those Flintstones vitamins cause I had a weak appetite when I was a kid. And then it was just a habit I carried with me as I grew older. Of course, now I take something more adult than the Flintstones vitamins. :lol: But those were so damn tasty. :innocent:
 
^^ yea i was pretty young and my parents gave me the flintstones vitamins too! my favorite were the red ones!

anyways i try to take (everyday, but thats not always how it works)
A energy enhancing multivitamin (i'm very active and busy)
B12 (i'm a vegetarian)
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Biotin
Flaxseed Oil
 
I would still take the flinstones ones if I could. I take Vitamin D and Calcium these days and sometimes a general multivitamin.
 
Ah ook, cause i am 17 and i only take the Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil Capsules mainly for my skin & such :blush:

but i drink alot of fruit juice for vitamins and such.

I don't take any. In all my life, I think I took like 3 Centrum pills and vitamin C once (just to see how it tasted :smile:).

Evening Primrose Oil

I've alsos started taking apple cider vinegar and goji berries and chia seeds
 
Just bought "stress tabs" for their high vita/iron/biotin content! Hope they work!

I also take fish oil and a multivitamin with iron. I'm pretty anemic haha
 
i think i should start taking vitamin pills :( very confused. i use to take the flintstones vitamines when i was a kid haha
 
I am currently taking

Omega 3-6-9
Vitamin A
Vitamin B12
Vitamin D
and Vitamin C

My mom used to make me take my vitamins as a kid religiously every morning for breakfast, but once I got older I stopped. This year I started taking them again and it has totally helped with my moods, energy levels and my skin.
 
I used to be lacking in iron, so I'd do iron tablets. Now I just take vegetarian omega 3 tablets daily.
 
I just picked up some One A Day Women's multivitamins today. I did some research online and it's supposed to be the best one, because it has lots of Vitamin D but not too much Vitamin A (too much Vit A can apparently increase the risk of bone fractures and birth defects). It doesn't have 100% of everything I'd like to be taking, but I'm going to start with that and then decide what else to add later on.
 
I take B12, Vitamin C and a multivitamin everyday.

I'm still looking for an omega-3 supplement... all the ones I've tried have caused me to break out in hives :doh:.
