
Like last night I went out for dinner with a friend to a good Italian restaurant and had more than half a gourmet pizza. I'm gonna have the leftover slices right now!! It'll be my treat of the week. 


I just went from being a vegetarian (since 8 years back) to eating meat which helped a lot, I got more defined muscles.

. I'd love to get a gym membership but I just don't have the time. I'm definitely don't want to drop any weight, and I'm happy with most of my body, though I'd like a bit better stomach - guess it's sit-up time!
