What Vitamins do you take ?

Multivitamin
I was taking a omega-3 fish oils supplement but the smell got to me.
 
I am a nutter when it comes to vitamins..
multi vitamin
spirulina
acai
flaxeed
 
Lately I've been taking a multi, b-complex, cod liver oil, and extra vitamin d.
 
I used to be lacking in iron, so I'd do iron tablets. Now I just take vegetarian omega 3 tablets daily.

I want to take vegetarian omega 3 too... thanks for the reminder... I've been thinking about it for so long...
I daily take: calcium, iron... & occasionally a multivitamin B
A friend sent me some Vegan Vitamineral Green, 100% truganic... that are supposed to make wonders but I haven't started to take 'em yet...
 
Iron + vitamin C, vitamin B-complex, flaxseed oil, cod liver oil, oil of evening primrose.

daily: women's multivitamin & cod liver oil
 
i take a two a day multi-vitamin for women from the vitamin shoppe. (its a chain here in the US)

i think in the future i will try viviscal vitamins (karlie kloss takes them) for my hair.
 
I currently take..

Calcium
B6
Fish-oil

B6 & Fish-oil are really beneficial, I take them every night. Ever since I started taking them I've noticed a different in my mood.
 
I don't know the exact brand, but my dad bought me two things.

1) A Vitamin B supplement (it has B6, B12, Biotin, etc)
2) Vitamin C tablets

I take the Vitamin B supplement for my hair, as I really want to grow it out long, and to keep my skin nice and clear. The C just helps with fighting off sickness I think :smile:
 
Has anyone tried SPIRULINA? It's so popular in Asia. I've started taking some, I don't know if it's any good though
 
Everyday: Multivitamin with iron, 10,000 mcg of biotin, 1 super b complex, 2,000 mg of vitamin c, and 4 ginseng capsules. I love my vitamins :smile: I really can tell a difference when I don't take them.

i put a little spirulina powder into my fruit smoothies in the morning.

i can't even taste it after its blended in.

the ancient aztecs used to eat it also.
 
just some vitamin C at the moment and when I remember to take it
 
I take a lot of vitamins and minerals daily.... too many to go into.
I'm going to get some powdered wheatgrass today. Anyone else tried it? Thoughts?
 
^I haven't tried it personally, but I've heard it's disgusting.

I only take a One-A-Day multivitamin everyday. It has every important vitamin in it.
The only downside is that it's the size of a horse pill. :sick:
 
Does anyone take chlorophyll supplements or drops? And yes, I did see it mentioned on Into The Gloss, even though I also researched it on my own after I saw it on there.
