Who are the models you miss/want to see back on the Fashion Week circuit?

God, I could go onnnnnn, I miss my model obsession days ;(

2 of my favorite runway shows EVER Both had all-star casts who knew how to strut. The opening (Snejana & Tanya) for both are also iconic.

One that leaps to mind is Kim Noorda.
Always loved her. She's just too beautiful to even begin to articulate. So delicate and precious but statuesque enough to be impressive at the same time. Built for the runways.

I also miss seeing Snej wiggle down the runway with that signature unenthusiastic look on her face.

Who are the models you want to see back on the Fashion Week circuit?

We've seen so many girls fade these past few seasons, so I think it would be a great idea to think about which girls need and deserve to be back in the major runways.


From the late 90s to early 2000s I'd love to see Gisele Bundchen, Carmen Kass and Fernanda Tavares walk a few shows every season.

From the mid 2000s, it'd be great to see Daria Werbowy and Gemma Ward more often. Heather Marks and Emina Cunmulaj were huge during that time, and it would be awesome to see them again.


Plus, Zuzanna Bijoch, Bruna Tenorio, Yulia Khalapanova, Jac Jagaciak, Anna J and Sigrid.

There only a few models who can match her on the runway.

Mostly mid to late 00s girls like Snejana Onopka, Tanya Dziahileva, Georgina Stojiljkovic, Vlada Roslyakova, Magdalena Frackowiak, Anna Selezneva, Iselin Steiro, Edita Vilkeviciute. I would also say Marine Deleeuw (hoping for a comeback!), Emily Baker, Nyasha Matonhodze, Carla Gebhart, Rose Cordero, Alla Kostromicheva, Kirsi Pyrhonen.

I am always hoping for an Anna Selezneva appearance at Balmain/RL/Versace, and always will. And of course, for a Marine Deleeuw comeback! I also would love a Katya Riabinkina / Tanya Katysheva reprisal

Finally, Carmen Kass descending from the heavens to close Dolce & Gabbana.

Erin O'Connor, Caroline Ribeiro, and Omahyra..preferably in Givenchy. I think they'd fit in perfecty w/ that unconvential beauty that's typical of Tisci's casting.

And, for the men, I'd say Will Chalker. Anybody remember when Will was booked on damn near every mens show about 10 years ago? Such a strong, timeless look he had.
