honestly,i love pilati and everything he's done but i look at this and it screams Jens LaugesenorBruno Pieters to me. just the overall silhouette...not the most original.

btw,this preview looks completely different from what he offered on the catwalk this autumn. usually it's pared down,yes,but generally it's still closer to the aesthetics of the official collection. it just seems so different to me and i actually prefer what i saw on the catwalk.

This is really amazing. Everything seems dead on. Very strong especially for an "in between" collection.

This is really strong for a pre-collection, but I can not believe people think this is better than actual F/W. Quite simply, like any pre-collection, this is incredibly commercial (not necessarily a bad thing in the long run), where as the runway presentation for Fall was a bit more heady and cool. This is kind of just like a paired down, less powerful and edgy adaptation of F/W, so I am surprised there are people who like this and did not like the collection...

It's exquisitely executed, but unfortunately I find that there is little thought behind it...or what thoughts there are, seem tired and boring to me.

The orange and blue dresses are gorgeous.
