My Zara has started stocking more shoes in size 36, but they're nothing special and very very basic...sigh.

but the SA today basically told me NO WAY, even though i have not worn the dress, tags still attached, the dress is still hanging in the stores at full price! it just doesn't make any sense to me.

Of course it makes sense, how is the SA going to Know without the receipt that the dress is not stolen? Anyone could just steal a dress and then ask for the money back or you just could walk around in the store pick up something and say you wanted to exchange it for money or even another dress, making the purchase legal and then you could ask for the money back in another store. I used to work in Zara and you would be amazed how many people did that. There are all sorts of schemes going on. Not a day would go by that we did not want to deal thiefs and fraudsters. Unless you Know some SA that in a certain way can vouch for that fact that you usually buy stuff in the store or the manager is in on a friendly mood, you are going to have trouble. But that life, some people have to pay for the crookery of others.

Octopi- Your best bet is to speak to a manager and if you have a bank statement showing that you brought the item there, they have to give you some sort of exchange. if not tell them you will call teir head office...I know it work, that is what most customer used to do at my old zara.

I am desperate for the isabel marant style boots with the buckles and cuban heel, however over here it is very unlikey that my local zara store will get them in!
Does anyone know how much they are/seen them in their local store/ could get hold of a pair for me?

So, yesterday I did a quick (hour and a 1/2) visit to one of the Zara stores in Thessaloniki. Most of the fall pieces were in stock but felt very disappointed by the shoes and the bags. There are all sorts of THB that I didn't had the chance to try on but will do this today just for fun. However, there are no ankle boots. There are 3 other stores that I will check today because I am still short on my shopping list

I ended up with 2 pair of jeans with zip ankles from the TRF section, gray heeled over-the-knee boots (just what I was looking), black oversized shirt; long fur vest and the blazer with the studded strong shoulders

irulanu -They're so cute! How high are they? And price? Do you think they're work -appropriate (for a pretty formal workplace)?

^They're only 9 cm (I meassured), they did cost 69,95 €, they're from the woman section and I guess you could wear them for work. They have an edge to them, but with the right styling they will look very classic, I think.
I love them. They are very comfy, juts what I needed for winter.
