I was with Wolkfolk that it looked like Rodarte, I'm guessing the people who described it as kitschy (you!) and as "arts-and-craft" looking would guessed that as well. LV? Wow, so weird.

I'm surprised, but not that surprised. Louis Vuitton can make some random looking custom gowns sometimes (look at women he dressed for the MET Gala this year, Dakota Fanning and Jessica Chastain).

I think that this event tends to be loaded with models and such because some of the sponsors like L'Oreal, Chopard and Moet Hennessy (part of LVMH) have fashion ties.
