All About Your Jeans...

Jeans without stretch annoy me.
You buy the smallest size you can fit into and then they stretch, and then you have to wash it after every single time you wear them so they regain some of their original form.

Maybe I just bought bad jeans?? They were Marcs.... :S

Guys wearing skinny leg jeans

What do you think of guys wearing skinny leg jeans? Yay or Nay?
The guy in the link above is wearing skinny leg jeans and he looks OK.
Should guys be wearing them or should they stick to loose/slouch/boot cut? Do you think skinny leg jeans are more of a girl's style than guys?

Those jeans are made in Sweden and they are called Cheap Monday. They are made for and worn by both guys and gals over here. Also, they're stretch, which would explain his thiness, besides him being thin already. it's like 98% cotton and 2%spandex(they opted for the cheaper material instead of elastan(?) to keep prices really low)or something.
In Sweden they sell for about $50.

tight jeans wallet outline

I'm sure this topic has been covered here before, but what's a good way to avoid this problem for guys? I carry a bag when I'm at school but when I go out I don't want to carry one.

its cool man, don't fret, when i noticed mine i thought "cool my wallet outline", but thats just me and i am pretty apathetic towards my clothes

Put it in your front pocket? Makes sense to me. All my jeans do that, but I wear the hell out of them.

I don't understand why this is a "problem", but I guess you could use a money clip and/or one of those "safe" bags you hang around your neck. There are also belts with compartments for money and other small and/or foldable items.

seriously...it's hot...
i would try to get over it if i were you...

but then i am not a gay man....
so perhaps my opinion is not the one you are looking for...:innocent:...

otherwise...
yah...stick your sh*t in your front pocket....

Hey, that is an interesting question!

I also hate that wallet or where to put it. I never liked it in the back pocket. The look, but even more the feel, it pinches on my buttom and it drags the back of the trousers down (at least when there are some sucking heavy euro-coins in it). And I don't want to sit on it!

I always put it in one of my front pockets. But then, with a usual wallet and some thight trousers you'll have a hideous bulge on one side at the front... So I just cut my wallet (it's nice, but not expensive) in half and sewed the cut side together to reduce its thickness to half, because 50% of the pockets in it I didn't use anyway.

But I'm still searching for the perfect slim wallet for my needs (It has to be big enough for a german drivers licence and ID card, EC card, some coins...)

Are Jeans Supposed To Hurt??

Hey everyone..
this is weird, but it seems like i can NEVER find a perfect fit for jeans, unless i get the stretchy ones.

because i have kinda a huge belly, indistinct waist, but very thin legs and hips. so its extremely unproportionaled. anyways, so all the jeans i get, they feel fine when i walk around, but then once i SIT DOWN..

i feel very cramped around the *that* area. so.. it rely hurts there. haha. sorry thats kinda gross.
but its true, and im rely curiouis if other ppl feel that way too? like inm pretty srue i see tons of size 6 ppls squish into size 2s and u can see all the love handles popping out and stuff. i actually buy jeans that fit my waist, so unforutnately that makes my bum look horrendous because of all the space that is left.

but wouldnt it hurt to sit down when u squish into those pants? why do ppl say jeans are comfortable? because i rely dont feel that.

please help!!!

I just think you havent found the right jeans for you yet. To my experience all the high designer jeans tends to have a smaller waist and wider leg area. I sometimes have this problem but not as extreme as yours.

American eagle jeans are bigger around the waist and thinner in the legs, you should try those.

Nooo ... in fact, nothing is supposed to hurt, from undergarments to shoes. Pain is your body's way of telling you there's a problem ... listen  And btw, I don't think jeans are that comfortable either because I didn't really wear them growing up. It sounds to me like you might be better off wearing skirts ... Also losing a little weight can help, I'm dieting at the moment & am pleased at how pleasantly loose my jeans feel today :flower:

fashionista-ta is right...as far as clothing goes, NOTHING is supposed to hurt. Also to take that idea one step further...if at any time a piece of clothing feels like it's not working on you as far as the sensation of wearing it goes, don't bother with it, it could be the fabric, cut, or whatever just doesn't mesh with your preferences...above all of what one is wearing, good style is all about feeling comfortable and natural.

right now i still love notifys.. i hava pair of their saginas from almost 2yrs ago---- super skinny legged, awesome detailing,a dn jsut got another pair---nymphea's ---but hat is for chill denim. i like grey ant ad balenciaga right now... htey are high-wasited(but you will need to get htem altered to fit ur body exactly) and i am about to try karen walker. i am all about high-waisted, charlie's angels deim right now.. i am getting tired of skinny leg---been earing it for almost 3yrs.

i have an old pair of james cured.. but theya lil short.. they are straight legged and gave me a butt lift originally, but now--well they strech out so mcuh.. i should have bought thema size smaller

my sevens fit well, i ADORE rock and republic (long inseams  ), they're my favorite brand. my hudsons fit so well and are LONG for my extremely long legs. i got an adorable pair of true religions and a pair of antik denim both of which i loveeee. i love jeans. i actually have a pair of the more expensive lucky brand jeans and they fit incredibly well. i wear em with any shoes - mostly flats and tennis shoes and boots.
