My selection of jeans is composed of Dior Homme mostly, second comes Dolce & Gabbana (not D&G, where in which the quality is cack for the money you pay IMHO) and Levis. I also own a number of jeans from labels as A.P.C., Evisu Genes, Gucci, YSL and more obscure stuff from Japan.
I really do love the Vintage American Line from Levis, especially the shrink to fit unwashed 501's and the skinny 606 replicas, those of which are favorites in my closet. And for Dolce & Gabbana, I find my favorite denim of theirs come from the F/W 03', S/S 04' and F/W 04' collections.
Insofar as Dior Homme denim goes, I've taken some sort of obessive liking to four of their styles (vintage blue wash circa luster, waxed bleu clair circa strip, waxed black circa luster and raw denim circa whenever; all of which in the 17 cm and 19 cm cuts) so I've actually been buying multiple pairs of the same style jeans (I have two twin pairs in the raw denim and bleu clair waxed as well as three pairs in the vintage blue wash!). Note that I refuse to buy any of the denim that isn't made in Japan... which is unfortunately the trend Dior is moving toward these days.
I'm not really a big fan of the uber-trendy denim out there, that is to say, seven, true religion, rock & republic, chip & pepper, paper denim and whatever else have you... clearly, I am not up to date on which jean is trendy these days = =".
Anyway, that's that, I think I spent way too long rambling about jeans, lol.
