Has this trend caught up into your city?

Lots of people (men) are wearing these all over print hoodies.. is it part of the hip hop scene?

What are your thoughts on them?

I think I posted one of the ugliest ones.. um.. the print hoodies from HM are okay..

Girls can rock it too! I just got this in yesterday:

from Karmaloop
It's by a little company called Pandasongs. I like this look a lot on the right person. A lot of the "black" and "skater" boys at my school have taken to wearing fake BAPE and BBC hoodies a lot and it fits them, but I hate the little suburban scene girls who wear BAPE style hoodies and other such nonsense ironically to make themselves look "street". :yuk:

it's def part of the 'scenester/hipster' style...
mostly boys though i think...

That's a nice one! Would look better if it was a bit more fitted ^_^

Anymore labels for girls that look good?

I think the "crazy colored" prints with babyish cartoon aren't appealing..

This is a big street/hiphop look in NorCal. Every now and then I see one I like - usually the more muted ones, like the grey and white kidrobot one in the first post - but I don't like most of the loud ones.

This look has been big for the past six months at least; I predict that it will be replaced by something else in the next 6-12 months.

OMG OMG this trend!! Extremely overt even in my village. However, if you ask for my opinion, je ne comprene pas.

In streetwear this look is considered really over done and old. But it keeps being put back in the mainstream eye by BAPE etc.

L.A.M.B. has (or had) those printed hoodies. It's getting bigger and bigger over here, even though it's been everywhere in the media for a while, BAPE mostly. Very much part of the hip-hop scene... hope it won't be overdone.. but a lot of places are selling fakes now.

My friend said a crystal BAPE hoodie can go up to $1000? :ninja: I'm not very familiar so I'm not sure.

It's not overdone where I live! It just recently started. I like Pharrell's Ice Cream. I much prefer this to the traditional (ugly) hoodie. At least it has some style. But yeah, it's very hip hop.

Pinkvolvo, in real life it is more fitted on top, the sleeves are slim cut, and there is elastic under the bust that makes it baby-doll like. I ordered from Karmaloop but if you go through http://www.shoppandasongs.com/ you can order a smaller one plain.
For similar hoodies check out places like http://80spurple.com/ http://www.digitalgravel.com/ http://www.karmaloop.com/

Thanks for the link j_bot:D:flower: I'm going to have fun browsing through these! Maybe order any... (if they're not too "loud" lol)

you see it a lot in the "urban" areas... hahah sometimes they look very cool but it can get loud very quickly...
tang, tell me you're not in NorCal??? I'm hoping to see my friend in a few months in Pittsburg. Gotta start saving for that now lol

^ That's true. I see these all over Chicago, particularly worn by guys.

I haven't decided if I like this trend or not though.

Yes, I've been seeing a lot of these in my school. The guys all wear the bright ones. Not so pretty in my opinion! :P

Definitely.

Topman are really picking up on it, I've got me quite a few, especially macs!

Oh goodness, the printed hoodie trend. Innovators of this trend are mostly Pharell Williams and his crew but were i live(Boston) it is spreading like widfire
and i actually hate the trend because it is so overated and it's seen WAY too much.

Initially I loved this trend but it's one of those things that gets to be a little too popular. I never invested in one because i'm sure any minute now they will fill the garbage cans of every corner when the next "Funky Fresh" trend hits.

yeah, berhard willhelm and henrik vibskov hoodies.. i wanted one for a looong time. :ninja:

people who go to raves wear them here.. so I still have daylight life for me to use it. but I wouldnt. :P

i would definitely say this is mainstream at this point...
even delias is doing it :innocent:
