That looks strange, I dont think it's vains, it almost looks photoshoped. but maybe it is veins, the image quality is pretty bad

well, she was always veiny , her arms, few on her lower legs, you can tell that in plenty of her movie, so it's probably that..if not, then we all know what it is.....

Hollywood Life brought in their own experts to analyze this photo, and they've come to the conclusion that these pictures have been touched by Photoshop. One expert said:
“This photo is likely doctored and airbrushed. It’s blown up and looks distorted anyway, but if you look at the texture of the forehead, neck, chin and cheek mound right under her glasses, it is grainier and more pixilated than the back of the jaw."

That's what I think too, in all her recent pics where you can see her neck and the same side of her face, it looks normal.

i'm not saying she had surgery recently, it's just we maybe never seen it cause hear was hiding it, or exact angle of the ear wasn't taken..anyway, this is starting to sound ridicilus, she did have other procedures before...

If someone had surgery for a face lift and they ended up with that on the side of their face then that doctor would have a major lawsuit on their hands. The reason why you get plastic surgery in the first place is to look better and not look like you've had anything done. I think the photos are photo shopped too, just saying...

Angelina Jolie's Face: Not Photoshopped!

Rumors have been circulating around the Internets that recent pictures of Angelina Jolie in Italy have been altered and photoshopped.
The two pictures on the left with Angie wearing sunglasses were taken by two different photographers at two different locations in Venice, Italy on Wednesday (February 17). The same bulges on Angie’s lower right jawline show the same protrusions.
In February 2009, video was shot of Angie and Brad Pitt at the 2009 BAFTA Awards in London (uppper-left picture). As you can see in that photo, she displayed the same protruding muscles!
As to the explanation for the facial protrusions, your guess is as good as ours! Whatever the reason, Angie still rocks!

Actually, I think it's a muscle. When someone's skin is very thin, veins and muscles can show pretty well. That's all it is.
