Headpieces were flamboyant and very sculpte to the head during the spring shows. Made to impress, in a theatrical and welcome way. Couturish and luxurious.

I like this trend, its very flamboyant.

Especially at McQueen, the headpieces give a modern touch to such a vintage collection

This is my personal favorite...

I love these so impractical but for every now and then when we have to dress up they are fab .. im thinking ladies day at races 2008 :)

I wish more women wore headpieces her in the US. It's very chic, it gives an outfit a lot of personality.

I LOVED Marc Jacobs' pieces, they were delightfully nutty and some (like that blacck stealth fighter) would look fantastic with a sleek and serious cocktail sheath.

Phillip Treacy (@ McQueen) & Stephen Jones (chez Galliano/Dior) clearly do this much better than their American counterparts...

Love the ones posted from Lacroix!

So nostalgic for the days when both women and MEN never left the house w/o an appropriate topper.. :(

Gotta wonder how some of these models see their way down the runway hahaha
