wow, there is not a single attractive piece in this collection

WOW i dont see a huge shift from the usual stuff at all.The shilouettes are the same old same old,he just added pops of colour on his usual pieces,and it dosent look coherent,imo.

oh armani.

finally, armani gets what this entire enterprise called the couture's all about. it's about experimentation, it's about challenging the status quo, it's about that most unique one-of-a-kind piece. and there's such an obvious analogy to draw here to the fall/winter 2007-8 prada collection that's set to hit stores momentarily. these colors, in their own strange way, have boldness about them, but in a quiet and subdued way. an edgy way. i could easily see these skirts with those bright cardigans at prada or those beautifully tailored jackets with some of the feathered skirts from the same.

it's quite remarkable given the time it takes to produce couture that he had the foresight to hit a fashion moment directly on its head....

you can tell he's trying to reach a younger crowd/clientele with a lot of these looks..
