ewwwww absolutely not...she shouldve just trimmed her scraggly hair before...and dyed it a honey blonde/brown...and conditioned it....this style looks so terrible, her face looks so pointy and harsh!!!

I'm just glad she cut it. It was looking so fried and her extensions were awful. It's probably yellow because she went from black to blonde.
