To me Balenciaga is always fun to look at...but it isn't very wearable. this spring is the more wearable in awhile....the clothes are always very beautiful and overdone...but I can't buy any of it and wear out....

I this. The shape of the first few skirts is beautiful and some of the dresses are amazing.
The detailing is nice, although it's hard not to compare it to last season.

OMG, I love it! from the shape to the details...it is very, very, very Balenciaga. Ghesquiere is officially my favorite designer now <3!

This is incredibly chic, beautifully proportioned, a bit retro, not inventive, but I would wear EVERYTHING. I'm glad he cleaned up and got rid of last season's frou-frou and excessive details. The trouble is, at the smaller boutiques I visit, a lot of them are already doing this bubble-shape and A-line coats with gathered hems for this winter, so it will probably be massive for next fall. That's the problem when the designer isn't innovating in a new direction. This should have been last season's collection. Still, this epitiomises Parisian chic, if there's still such a thing.

i love it!, looks amazing and intricatedly done, i love those sort of white brocade fabrics, the silhouettes and the proportions; i admire the way Nicolas collections stand out because they are always bordering on Couture and yet there are still some more basic pieces blending in, it´s a modern, cool version of Balenciaga that looks fresh and right.

I hate it, utterly dissapointed, and I usually love Balenciaga, maybe I will change my mind when I see detailed pictures but this collection seems 'off' to me.

I think most of it is pretty crappy. The cuts are odd, and most of it is forgettable. And what all those frills? Talk about frou-frou...

I had to scroll down so that the pictures I was looking at for the moment were missing the heads so that I could judge it fairly. Only liked a few looks but not the collection as a whole.
