I never once though I'd like Balmain... I don't like the first part, but most of the rest is surprisingly good!

I was braced for disappointment but I'm very pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed this!

It's bad but not as bad as usual. Those long lean and fluid silhouettes are great. The all black looks are very refreshing and the first dress on Natasha and the black dress on Sasha are maybe the best dresses he has designed in 3 years.

The rest is tacky, heavy and ugly....the usual boring thing.
It felt very middle-east, maybe he is doing an homage to his new bosses.

It's always hard for me to look at a Balmain show. Olivier is fun and very likeable but his clothes are not!
