To be honest, I don't think any NYC collection stood out to me... A few great pieces here and there, so I'll just post a few great outfits.

i thought marchesa, erin fetherston, jason wu, and jill stuart showed strong collections (for them). jill stuart actually reminded me of ann valerie hash ss 07 (not that they should be compared).

narciso was good, proenza was good, behnaz was mostly good...thakoon was okay. there were definitely some looks from peter som that i loved. and even though derek lam and marc jacobs were extremely well received, i think it will take me a little while to appreciate their ss 07 collections.

extremely difficult question! i'm definitely the type who likes about 1-10 looks from every designer and hates the rest...so it's very hard to say.

tuleh was so boring to me.

i was disappointed by sari gueron bc i was looking forward to her collection and it was so...dull. monotonous. i usually love calvin klein but this time i thought his collection was way more space age-y than narciso's (the daily was calling narciso's space age-y).

I agree about Jovovich-Hawk being a big disappointment. After all I'd heard about them working so hard on thier collections and going to the fair to hand pick the fabrics, I think the fabrics were what I hated most. It all seemed so homemade. Maybe next season!!!

Phillip Lim was by far my favorite I loved nearly every piece of his womenswear collection.

Otherwise, I liked a few pieces at Derek Lam and Sabyasachi...Marc Jacobs was an interesting spectacle...and that's about it. Oh, and Ralph Lauren was surprisingly good, considering...
