Best Outfits of the Decade

These are just a few...
Kate Moss: I really don't need words to describe how amazing she looked, the dress, the hair, the makeup: perfect!
Angelina Jolie: I know she isn't a favorite and bores everyone to death. But when she puts in an ounce of effort there is no one else. She really brought out in this MB dress, the look on the oscar audience's face, esp Johnny Depp
Nicole Kidman: She has a great track record for the award season and I didn't think she could ever top that gold dress, but she did.
Winona Ryder: We haven't seen much of her but I've always enjoyed her style and esp this dress, she just glowed and her vintage collection is enviable. Really look forward to seeing more of her.
MY FAVORITE:
Rinko Kikuchi: I loved loved the Chanel dress for which she could ridiculed for but was let down by what she wore at the oscars. This YSL( Ithink) showed her own unique approach again.

A lot of my picks are Oscar dresses. Partly because well, people tend to try their best for the Oscars, partly because it's easier to remember these looks, and partly because I'm one of those people who think that you need to be actually dressed up in a gown to be considered for best of anything.
