I don't know how she does this but she manages to look very chic in a dress that could've looked tacky on soemeone else.

i would call it part chic part cool. like, she just looks so cool in everything. like a girl that all girls want to be and all guys want to be with.

Of course it helps a lot that she's so tall/slender with very long legs and she can go so often in flats, even with the dressiest outfits - up goes the "coolness" level
