Brangelina to marry When Everybody Can

I can't stand that comment he made.....I'm for gay marriage. However,
that comment just doesn't settle well with me......

I think the celebs using this line are really only looking for an excuse to shack up without people criticizing them for it :innocent: If gay marriage was legal tomorrow, I wouldn't hold my breath to see Charlize/Stuart and Brangelina get married.

i like his comments about warning your kids before taking them out of something. i am finding this to be very true, it works on my neices and nephews. :p

I concur.

Sorry Brad Pitt, you are an actor who used to be married to someone in Friends, so shut up and stop Angelina Jolie writing the script coming out of your mouth.

Pretending to be a political martyr in order to avoid marriage..nice.

I was actually thinking about that. Using gay marriage is a great excuse for them to not have to get married. Sort of like when my ex-boyfriend who is a high school teacher told me he would marry me when his yearly salary was $200,000.

i think its really interesting that he has made this statement. Good for him, and i believe gains are being made constantly on this issue, so it is possible for them to get married.

funny how brad didn't have this point of view before..
how long was he married for?...

:innocent:..

*imo-this is another way of angelina saying-
i have commitment issues...
and i may want to go back to dating girls someday...!

not that i have any problem with that at all...
:p

 so true!

"Brangelina to marry When Everybody Can ..."

  what a way to say, "none of your business!"

It's juat a way to stop the insistent tabloid, they are getting married this week or next week.

I don't think people realize that--celebrity or not--Brad and Angelina are normal people with their own opinions and concerns.

In my opinion, people can change and discover new passions when they are inspired by someone. I know that I never gave a rats *** about the issues in this world until I started working in a superficial business. Being surrounded by superficiality can definitely inspire someone to do good and care about those less fotunate than themselves. I think Brad and Ang know how privileged they are to be able to get married and also realize that making this kind of statement will help people to warm up to gay unity.

The greatest oak was once a little nut who held it's ground. :flower:

i love their statement, i think its such a lovely gesture and a really nice thing to tell the worlds press, shiloh, maddox and zarah are very lucky babies to have them as their parents

I'm happy for their relationship, but I don't fully support them with the pregnancy and everything soon after Brad & Jen's divorce.
Although, I'm happy that Jen isn't with him anymore. She deserves better.

Sounds like they're never going to get married then..
But who cares. It's fine for me, if they just keep on dating.

This is just an excuse because one of them clearly doesn't want to get married.

yeah-very true. apparently angelina wants to let the kids grow up and then decide whether they want married parents.

i used to like brad, but she just drags him down. comments like this, even though he may mean it, come across as do-gooder and don't actually help him at all.

Anyway, I agree with Softgrey....it seems like a nice way to cover up Angelina's inability to make a commitment. I guess there's trouble in paradise.....
I agree with softgrey too! I wouldn't have a problem if Angelina went back to dating girls.

I roll my eyes at Brad, what a looser... Just as soon as he got together with Angie, he's become such a philosopher... I wonder who influenced him...:yuk:

well said.... nothing more annoying than those too charitable neo liberals lobbying at the UN....
