She looks cute with the white dress and the flip slops! I really like that white dress. Someone needs to stop bleaching her eyebrows in some of the photos it looks like she doesn't even have any!

It's definitely her body, the tattoos are the same etc. What has happened seemingly is her face has been cropped out and replaced with another from the shoot. Even the hair doesn't fit the cut-out face. Cosmo has a history of badly PS'd covers

I know it is her body, I meant that the head didn't match well with the rest of the body because it was displaced. I don't know if my idea is clear
