I completely agree with you. I seems her head on someone else's body.

It's definitely her body, the tattoos are the same etc. What has happened seemingly is her face has been cropped out and replaced with another from the shoot. Even the hair doesn't fit the cut-out face. Cosmo has a history of badly PS'd covers
